Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of HDD rigs, mud systems, power packs, and related equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related faults in HDD machines.

• Manage breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure timely restoration of equipment.

• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service providers for spares, repairs, and technical support.

• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and service history of HDD machines.

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and mechanics at sites.

• Ensure availability and inventory control of critical spare parts.

• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements, overhauls, or replacements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Support project teams with machine mobilization, commissioning, and demobilization.

• Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and cost control reports.
